Disgusting, unsightly environment. They do superficial cleaning, the building is run down. We intentionally booked into the renovated “newer” section, we informed them in a separate email that we had higher demands (read: CLEANLINESS), instead we got a dirty, cobwebbed, limescale room. Since we arrived with children and friends, there was no option to leave the hotel immediately, whose children would understand. We asked for cleaning on the second day, and besides our bed being made, we didn’t even get a vacuuming. (I wish that was the problem)

Hotel entspricht im Großen und Ganzen der Beschreibung auf den Buchungsportalen. Für Kurzurlaub empfehlenswert. Sehr erholsamer und entspannender Aufenthalt. Trotz kleineren allgemeinen Mängel, die es aber überall gibt, entsprach das Hotel unseren Erwartungen.

Booking and early check-in were easy. Rooms in the main building were a bit dated but OK. Everything was very dark. Main pool was too cold and thermal pool closed. Food was very good. Cocktail bar was great too.

The service, the staff at reception, breakfast and dinner were all perfect! The indoor pool was quite small, the outdoor pool was not heated, the room facilities were unfortunately not good, the new thermostat on the radiator did not respond, so the room could not be heated. We had a *standard suite with balcony*, but the facilities were not even worth 3 stars! The kettle was unusable because it was dirty and half burned out, there was no shower screen next to the small bathtub and the general condition was unfortunately very bad! And.....the modern heating thermostat did not work!

Alles in allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Das Hotel und die Wellnessbereiche sind sehr schön. Wir hatten drei Massagen gebucht: Preis-Leistung einfach super. Das Zimmer (Premium-Suite) sehr geräumig und sauber. Für mich persönlich sind die Matratzen zu hart.
Die Speisenauswahl zum Frühstück und Abendessen ist sehr reichlich und es ist für jeden Geschmack was dabei. Die Speisen am Abendbuffet dürften heißer sein - diese waren oft lauwarm. Die Getränke sind extra zu zahlen, was auch völlig in Ordnung ist - was uns jedoch gestört hat, ist die Tatsache, dass eine Servicegebühr draufgeschlagen wurde. Über Trinkgeld würden wir gerne selber entscheiden.
